lol, that thing is NASTAY! I kind of wish I never knew what they really looked like now. It'll be haunting me in my dreams. It's like the la chupacabra of the marine world.

If this is your reaction to a beneficial spaghetti worm...

As pointed out, inland aquatics sells these. I used to trade 'em at clubs. Very good for refugiums, or any sandbed for that matter. One of the LEAST harmful worms I can imagine for corals and fish.

And it's like 2" long tops. Try not to lose too much sleep.

I have tons, and the only problem is that they tend to irritate zoanthids causing them to close up, so unless they are doing that, no problem with them. Great to have filter feeder.
