Diamond Bit anybody?

Hello all i am setting up my 75 gal with 40 gal sump and need to drill my 40 gal tank, does anybody have a 1" diamond hole drill bit that would be willing to help me drill the tank? Id appreciate it.
Thanks all!

Are you looking for a 1" bit or a hole for a 1" bulkhead?

I ended up doing a temp solution that I like so much that I'm sticking with it. I did a u tube, no drilling for the sump. Used a power head to push water from the main tank down through the tube. Now, there is always water there to start the pump - It pumps more water and is 100x quieter. There is so little vibration noise. Ohh yea, the stickers are for water level reminders

Mike (miwoodar) has a 45 mm that we used to drill my sump for a 1" bulkhead. You might want to try him. He likes Guinness.

I can't tell from the picture how it is setup but from the way you describe the setup I'd be careful with flooding.

Tajjo,

I have two bits for 1-1/4" sch 40 bulkheads. I drilled the 75 G frag tank that you saw when you got the CR.

You should have said something. McGuckins in Boulder has the bulkheads.
