cooling methods and new hood

I am building my own hood for my 120 gallon reef tank. I am planning on putting in 2 250w halides and some sort of actinic PCs. I was just wondering if any of you have any suggestions of places to find cheap PC ballasts or retrofits. I also need help on deciding how to cool my system. My friend made a similar haood and installed computer cooling fans. I am considering this option but I think I would have to buy at least 4 120mm fans. i really need some suggestions.
