Question on Sequence ReeFlo Snapper.

How can I adjust this pump to get less flow? I know that I can restrict the output of the pump but it will reduce the lift time of the pump. There is anyway I can adjust the motor so that the pump can operate less wattage as it advertises. Here is the link:
