So, what *is* that RC mascot fish up top?

I might get beaten up for asking something that's been asked before, but I can't find a reference through search (not even sure ho, but I tried "mascot", etc.)...what is the fish that is the RC "mascot", the one that's at the top under the "Reef Central" logo? White face, blue stripes? Looks a little like a tang, but I'm a lot more familiar with coral than fish IDs...

if you get a nice specimen, they're gorgeous
and grow fast - I had one that went from 3.5 inches to 7 inches in a year. he DID get along with my monster (11") of a Naso tang and a 4" purple tang, but he became boss at about 3 months in.

Unfortunately, he wasn't tough enough to handle some carpet surfing. I'm still kicking myself over that, a year later.
