Will this color up more?

saw this acan on ebay, and was wondering if it would color up more? they say it's about 9" and it looks huge

Hard to tell. It may or may not. A coral's color quality depends a lot on light intensity, light color (kelvin), type of light, water quality, etc.

I would say it will color down a bit. It's all closed up right now. Once it opens up the flesh stretches out and so does the color.
That's why when ever a coral is closed, it very colorful.

It's still a very nice piece and if the price was right I'd snatch it up.

Thanks randyo and k9. I've never saw a colony this big before and it would be a nice show center piece for my tank.
