Pistol shrimp

How long should I acclimate a pistol shrimp? I just bought one today. Must I acclimate it long like other shrimp?

Thanks, Kristin

Yeah, inverts are VERY sensitive to changes in PH and such, if you don't want his stay to be short-lived, do him justice and acclimate him slowly. Besides, it'll give you time to smooth out your substrate before he goes in and re-decorates for you! Good luck!
