Lighting solutions?

What would be a good light for a 40 gallon tall mixed reef tank for sps,clams and all else.

Maybe a 150/250w metal halide with t-5ho/t-12vho actinic supplementation. Could do all t-5's or even just the halide if you wanted to. You could buy a pre built fixture or put one together yourself.
