Filament algeas on SPS
Hey all,
I have some filament type algeas (I just got back from being away for two weeks, with someone taking care of my tank). These algeas are getting snagged on my SPS to the point with one of my torts that tissue death occured while I was away. I moved the tort into a less flow area until I can figure out how to get rid of this brown filament algea. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of this stuff, or at least stop it from snagging on my SPS. Thanks in Advance. Here's what I did so far, -moved thicker sps out of frequent flow areas of filament algea -replaced my phos-guard in efforts to kill the algea It's not like my tank is over run with this algea at all, but I just want to stop this before it gets worse.
