These are the led moonlights that follow the phase of the moon's brightness. There are 4 LED lights plus the controller. There is an override that allows them to be a full brightness and a reset that allows you to track with the current moon phase. I'd say these would be enough for tanks 8' and less.

I like these a lot and would keep them but really they aren't enough for the new tank.

No, unfortunately the company is gone. I don't know why, these things were the best in my opinion... pricey though, maybe thats why. I'll take a pic when I get them off the tank.
