400 hqi replacement

greetings, calling on electrical wizards, i need to find a replacement hqi ballast, will a 430 hps S145 ballast work, or only a son agro 430?

to my understanding, the son agro 430 is a 430 watt HPS ballast

thanks, its confusing to me.. there is a cwa style & a cwi style.
if you open up the pfo box the number is cut off the ballast
making it harder to find a replacement. it's easy to find the whole
ballast & box. but not the insides.

They do that because they originally wanted people to think that there really was a 400 watt HQI ballast. I remember asking SLS about 400 watt HQI lighting and they said there was no such thing and that they would not recomend using a HPS ballast to fire MH bulbs. After they found out how much demand there was for the 400 watt HQI, they caved.

thanks , found it , they are venture ballast, 430 s900 son agro
v90c2050. exact replacement
