great updates Doc, is that a water tower or skimmer? how will you be able to train regal angel not to nip? by feeding him 10 times daily. what brand did you used for co2 regulator? rock work is awesome and what are your plans for the large arc?

Hello Guys It makes me smile to see the responses... Glad you are here. Great to see you Erics and gig

Sups Bart? Ya thats a TOWER heeh it stands almost 6ft from base to air inlet.. its rated for 1600gallons that way I can be lazy...maybe? As far as the Regal I am just being optimistic I will add corals slowley and if he becomes a problem I will have to break out the CO2 powered spear gun I believe in a theroy of feed a little bit , ALOT so I have 2X Aqua chef feeders offering 6 feeding each day and then also am setting up a phyto drip with my aqua doser... so far they are all eating everything I add. Of course I want to get the Arch totally encrusted in SPS

The CO2 regulator is by M3

I'm loving the LTA. make sure to post some updated pics of the anem when it finally settles in its spot. I think clowns/anemone symbiosis is amazing to watch.

More precise needle valve than Milwaukee's. IMO

I like it alot... After a day or so I was able to get it to do just 3bbl/min if I wanted... Currently it runs 20bbl/min with a drip @ 60gtts I am soooooo learning this reaqctor stuff I have always liquid dosed.. I am just trusting that eventually it will be easier to figure out... KORRALLINE reactor very nice but make me feel stupid

But yes the CO2 regulator is nice I would buy it again... The included selenoid makes it easy to add to my aquacontroller also I have another old CO2 regulator that came with the Tank ready to go but I wanted one with the selenoid

Wow this is a lot of information. I love it!!! Your tank is coming along awsome. NICE LOVE THE CLOWNS HOSTING>>I have a pair of clowns that are tank raised that I have not been able to get them to host in a anome. I think it is because they were cultured. Maybe since they are not wild they do not have the instinct to hide and protect themselves like wild ones.

these are aquacultered from England... so that shoots that theroy down LOL But I have had the very same problem as you... These just love the anemone though... when I place tongs into the tank to work they even hide in the tentacles or wiggle UNDER the anemones skirt and will just sit really really still for about 3 minutes waiting for the danger to go away

Doc,

Beautiful tank. Beware though the clowns are hosting....the Anemone will now decide its favorite spot is directly in the center of your viewing glass about 1/2 way up. hehe

Glad to see you guys liked the pics it makes it all worth it LOL as I stood there looking at all of it today I wondered how it all really got there? how odd its been just at two years now since I started planning it.

I was wondering why he did not move??? Am I doomed to have an anemone stuck in the center of my viewing pane?

that the best things is to let him move where ever he likes, so he wont bother anyones else down the line.

Hello,

Yes it has been a while since the last update! Tank has fish and a few corals in it right now I have been fighting the learning curve of "The easiest, intuative Calcium reactor on the market" LOL I dropped out of college chem because I hated this stuff... Any way the Koralline 4002 reactor is great I am just stupid and trying to get my Ca+ up LOL but I think that I finally have it down... I will work on getting some pics going this weekend maybe
