Looking for info on a few species...
Looking for information on the following fish mating / spawning / breeding:
"Red Scooter Dragonettes" (possibly Neosynchiropus ijimai) - currently 'courting' off and on at night for the last couple of weeks (image of female) Stonogobiops nematodes - 'paired' for some time. Smaller of the two disappears for days/weeks at a time Stonogobiops yasha - 'paired' for some time. Larger of the two just disappeared for the first time Have no commercial aspirations, just wanting to know a few more details and quick-searching the net and RC is not garnering a great deal of information.

Try this site---
http://gobiidae.com/ This site doesn't have your species but this information can be a good starting point. At least you have a general idea of the process, which applies to the gobies. |

Thanks Morgman. I'll do some reading there (though a good deal of that info seems biased towards tropical/freshwater at fist glance (especially in the breeding area))
