Awsome tank, man. I love it.

Sorry for an off topic question but can you tell me about your experience with the octopus shredder skimmer? I also want one but found no comment on it.

Thanks

I made a thread in DIY but i never posted eveything because there is always some one that says my diy is not better than the real deal so after a few pages of them posting i just stoped looking. There cermic magnets from lowes and the total cost was $1.99 here is a better pic of one.

Update i sold 2 of my big clams and my poor fox face died on the 12/21/06. I dont plan on replacing him because i dont think i could ever find one like him. It happend over night just got very sick and looked like he had not had any food in weeks even though i know he had.

I plan on getting a lot of new fish and inverts soon though.
But for now im just going to redo my return pipes to get more flow behind my rocks im getting a lot of stuff back there.

Temp80
PH 8.1
CAL 450
KH 14
Magnesium 1250
P04 .25 working on that.
Ni 0
Na 0
A 0

In time i hope to have a good tank going its 7 month old now.

I put sand in the front of the tank so i could get a few wrasses and other things but the back behind the rocks are still sand free bare glass that way i can syphon the sand in the front all the time and the back will still be clean. I plan on getting a lot of inverts and fish soon ill update next month. Look at the pic from 1/07 to 4/07 on the green slimer it has sprouted out every where I cant wait untill it gets a few inches taller.

Great tank! I have one just like it. 120gal. How is the lighting on your tank? I have 2 150w 20k MH and 2 50/50 96w PC. and unless my sps are right at the top I dont get much groth. Do you have that problem? I'll send pics as soon as i can up load them.

Sweet tank dude. Looks great. I also have a question about your magnet mounts for your frags... Did you have to do anything to the magnets? Are they safe to use in the tank or does some prep work need to be done to them like coating them? Anyone have a link to the DIY magnet frag mounts? I would like to mount some small cap's to my glass to allow them to encrust to the glass. I think it would look sweet...

Thanks
Spankey
