It depends, what is the picture of? here's how the ranking works;
picture of you....................................10,000 posts picture of your dog or cat....................5,000 posts picture of your reef tank.........................100 posts picture of your wife naked..........................0 posts  Welcome to Reef Central.

But mind you, that a bunch of "nice pic" "cool" etc posts to get you to 100 won't go over well, and might even get your post count lowered.
