I'm just shocked he grew that fast! I thought SW fish grew much slower. I hope my Queen Angel and Blond Male Naso grow like that. They are about 7-9" each now. 16" will be incredible.

I just put together a 135g FOWLR, list of fish

12" black lion
6" red lion
8" clown trigger
4" white tail triger
4" niger triger
7" yellow belly puffer
8" snow flake eel
here's a couple of links to some pitures of the clown and puffer.

and yes the trigger and lions get along just fine.

"and yes the trigger and lions get along just fine."

For now, I have heard many stories of Clowns "Snapping"

But good luck to you I hope it works out long term. Hope your planning on a MUCH larger tank.

for right now there fine in the tank, there's lot of room for all of them, I should say for right now anyways, in about a year or so might be a different story. if they get to big I'll have to down grade the size of the fish and start over with smaller ones again, which I'm good with.

Harley,

I have the same banana eel, canary etc....You probalbly are aware...anyway, I noticed that you asked about feeding it. They do start out timid. I had to train mine with a feeding stick but then he started taking big krill off the ground, and then diversified to silversides too. Now, he eats like a beast, at 2 ft long. It took him 6 months to become a more aggressive feeder and he will steal fish and shrimp out of other fishes mouth. Give y our eel time. Try and introduce some kind of fish to his diet to diversify. He'll come around and eventually be ready for your 240.
