Love the pics guys!

WOW Alicia! that piece is sweet

Scythanith.... LOL Yes I would bet $$$ (and do) that micros will be hot for quite some time... as for the indo varieties that permiate the market very few people want but the almost unobtainables that many of you collect will continue to dominate market demand for some time to come... I know this becuase one of the more questionable importers has ceased business so at least for a while the only available "non indo" micros are those that are currently in your tanks. Demand is high There is just very little to sell

Yes the Chalice REALLY have high demand also..

BUT has anyone seen the ORANJI ? I mean in person?? Oh my I got a very small frag a month ago But have not been able to get a good pic... You know the color of an orange push pop? really wierd...

I have see the orenji in person. It is a very nice piece. Very orange.

Doctor64776- Do you have the setosa as well? I have come to really enjoy mine as well. Very close in color and it branches as well. They are completely two different pieces, but very nice ones at that. They are both about the same level of my tank, one on one side, one on the other; They definitely are double takers

Doc, Thanks for the compliment and I am glad to see you managed to get a piece of the Orenji...it is amazingly orange. I think your Push Pop analogy is a good one . Mark is right, the setosa and the Orenji are very nice, uniquely colored corals. Great additions for contrast in an sps tank. They just glow in my tank. I wish they were bigger, lol.

Interesting to hear about the micro importer...questionable huh?...Well I guess that means supply stays lower and demand will continue. God, those micros are so totally addicting. Doc, Orange Mist mama colony...any bigger these days???

I would have to agree. Australian Acans are most wanted now. So many nice colors and morphs going around. Hoping the prices drop a bit so the not so rich reefers can afford them

Paz sweet a$$ acans

You like orange? Maybe Aussie Fungias will be popular then -

Pics taken under 10k MH. Much better under 20k T5s when they positively glow bright orange.

Hi. How are all of you doing? I just stumbled across this forum and thread and was wondering what sounds like a reasonable price for a lord acan there is one at my LFS that has been sitting there for 6 months but it is $150 and has about 40 mouths/polyps. Also I was wondering if you could tell me what kind of chalice I have and I know it is not at full potential because I only have 40 watts over my 29 and I do plann on upgrading (I fraged it into 4 this is a pic 1 week after)

James, It is actualy growing pretty well in the tank. It really pops colorwise. I think it will be so awesome when it gets big. The depth and richness of the colors is very similar to what I get on my sunset monti. You'ld have to see both in person to really appreciate the deep, rich colors on both my sunset and sunrise...reverse sunset...forest fire monti. I have no clue what people are calling this thing. Everyone seems bent on the Sunrise monti but the keeper of the main colony told me Forest Fire monti. I really don't care, lol, it is just freakin beautiful.

Thanks Chris
