peppermint shrimp

i have a marine betta, a tang,a clownfish and some corals and im looking to get a peppermint shrimp ,iv heard that marine betas might mistake peppermint shrimp as food is this true if not would it be a safe addition to my tank?

The betta is likely to eat the shrimp, in my opinion.
