Coral Banded Shrimp picking on anemone?

My Coral Banded Shrimp likes to pick on my anemone. I see him over by the anemone countless times during the day trying to clip off his tentacles. I don't think my anemone likes it.

What can I do?

I had 3 peppermint shrimp in my 55 gallon tank and they would always try to bug my anemone... I ended up just makeing sure they don't go hungry cause thats what it was they weren't getting enough food. So a couple extra fish pellets at night to make them happy and they stay away from my anemone
