Feeding Mushrooms

When does everyone feed their mushrooms? I have never seen any of the feeder tentacles, so I dont know when the best time to spot feed them.

I feed my Ricordea Fla mysis a couple of times a week. Also my large hairy mushroom. I do not know if it is necessary but they close up on it right away and seem to enjoy it!

i feed mine daily i just turn off the flow and put some cyclopeeze on them and they either "ball up" and feed or just up their mouth and suck it down, i do this whenever its convenient

my mushrooms dont have sweeper or feeder tentacles like LPS do

Feeding isn't required, but they will grow/split faster if you do.
