New Emerald Crab has Pincher Missing
He just got back and now that I can see him in full light, this lil emerald crab is missing his Left pincher.
Is this tolerable and will he be ok or should I take him back and raise hell?

Crabs loose limbs all the time from shipment, fights, ect. They do grow back.

Will he be able to take care of the Bubble Algae as effectively with only one pincher?
I'm not a discriminator of the Handicapped, but I don't need the levels in my tank screwed up by a dead crab either.

There is no quarentee that he will eat bubble algae. Some do, some do not. From experience crabs are fairly hardy once aclimatted. He is a better scavenger then algae eater.

Crabs are pretty sensitive to salinity changes as well as phosphate build up, so keep an eye on that. They also can easily over-dose on iodine if you're dosing (probably more than enough in weekly water changes if you're doing them). The pincer will grow back over time.
