Solana 34 gal Aquarium

Does anyone own a Solana 34 gal Aquarium?

I saw one today at the LFS, and was really impressed. Is this considered a nano?

I would like some feedback from anybody that owns one or has had any experience with this kind of "turn key" type aquarium.

I have not owned a tank in about 15 years, and this looked like a good way to get re-introduced back in the hobby.

Here is a link to their website: http://current-usa.com/files/SolanaBrochure.pdf

Yes and it's a good tank (personally i don't own one) and perfect for getting back in the hobby but i just can afford it. . .LOL (your lucky) but make sure you get the 150 watt MH so you can keep many types of corals.

My friend just started out in the hobby with this very tank. He went with the 150 MH. He hasn't modded the tank to much except for the addition of a korailla (sp)? for additional flow as it comes 10X turnover. After adding rock and sand, he was only able to add 25 gallons of water, so keep in mind even though it says 34 gallons its not even close. Another con to the tank is it is very high, making less room for fish to swim, and aquascaping more difficult. It does look very sleek and modern once set up, so other than the dimensions he likes it alot
