Narcissus missing shell
I have 30 nasarrius snails in my 120 for about a month now...the smaller ones. I just saw one today crawling around with no shell. It's now stuck to the glass and still alive.
Has anyone ever seen this happen before? There are some hermits in there but I don't see why they would be interested in a shell that small. Anyone ever see this before? Will he survive or should I get rid of him? I should also mention that the only livestock I have at this point are: 2 juvenile clowns 1 fire shrimp 1 skunk shrimp 5 scarlet hermits 5 blue legged hermits 5 turbo snails 15 margarita snails

I've heard of it happening and have seen pictures. Unfortunately he's a goner.

I'm guessing that what you really saw was a Stomatella snail.
