(pic inside!) Is this the official picture of a bleaching clam?
It has been progressively losing color in recent months. On occasions it will not respond to shadows.
I did purchase a T5 retro kit and am currently building the canopy for it. is it too late to revive or shall I consume it? Any assitance would greatly be appreciated. Dana I should mention it is in a 65g (48"x17"17") acrylic tank, with 384W of PC's (6 months old). |

recuperation is definitely possible. get those lights up asap.

if its going to be a while before your get your canopy built you should think about moving it off the bottom up on to the rock work closer to the light. clams dont always jerk to a change in light, there are a few other factors. good luck to you
