Sick Clam

My uncle bought my dad a new clam for Christmas and it was doing fine until Jan 2nd. Now, it has retracted it's mantle into it's shell and the shell is still open.

It still responds to touching and it moves it's mantle a little bit, so I know it's alive, but I have no clue what is happening to it. There is another clam in the tank- a crocea that is doing great and has been doing good for months. Everything in the tank is doing great and everything I've tested is fine. Any ideas what it is and what I can do to help it?

list all fish and inverts in your tank.

Also all test results you have.

How did you acclimate it?
