In this post, look at the first picture, on the left side of the tank. The pipefish is yellow, and slightly curled up.

Wait a minute I thought it was on the right . just right of the orange ricordia. You can just see the top of it's eye and his snout sticking out from behind the mushroom.
I still don't see him on the left!

the other fish

hello kingfisher

this is the other fish in the tank its a stonogobiops nematodes it lives together with a alpheus randalli (a small kind of pistol shrimp)
and for the rest there are a bunch of snails to keep the algae growth to the minimum

soon i post some pics of my much larger 80gal tank. can i post them here or is must i post them in a other section for larger tanks?

greets gerben

and of corse a happy new year

My tank has been up around four months. Not much to look at yet, but for what it's worth here it is

Owen's Nano

2.5 gallon Petsmart special
Coralife 2x 50/50 Actinic/Daylight 18W
Rio 600 powerhead (Thinking about adding a Koralia nano)
~3 lbs live rock and sand
Going to construct a HOB refugium before too much longer

Alpha/Omega Zoa's
Green Bay Packer Zoa's
Red Zoa's
Starburst Zoa's
Dragon Eye Zoa's
Green Moon Paly's
Fuzzy Green Mushroom
Angry Red Mushroom
Red Stripe Goby

This is a really blurry pic of my DIY 8g wall mounted nano.

I've hidden the wires behind a board since and really cleaned up the corner overall. Now you just see the tank and light fixture.

Pinner - can we see the finished look? I bet it's sweet.

Waterfaller1 - I like it!

Giga - you should change your name to Pico. Adorable little setup with all the gear to the left.

coast2coast - thanks. I just took a picture a few minutes ago with the sun shining in on the anemones. This time of year, the sun comes in the front door and hits half the tank.
