Could constant water changes with natural sea water be adequate for feeding fry?
Natural sea water has live plankton in it.So could this be an option for feeding fry?

You would need large volume flow through systems to get enough plankton to feed larval fish, and even with that you would have issues with pump damage to the plankton. Plankton collection with a plankton net would be far more efficient.
