Have 660 wired with german end caps @18 months old. perfect condition with heat sink.
2 actinic bulbs 48" 3 months old URI VHO
2 50/50 bulbs 48" 3 months old URI VHO
1 new actinic 48" in box.
$175 plus shipping. will consider selling ballast seperate for right price
