Talking Broke the 100' Barrier!

Hey all! Just wanted to pop in and say hi and that I broke 100' for the first time on my dive Sunday afternoon. It was great!!!! such an entrance too as we were swimming down a canyon like structure with coral walls on both sides and a white sandy bottom path leading the way covered in eel worms.

It was great!!!

I did like 115 when I was 12 off West Palm Beach during a Jr. Advanced Open Water wreck dive. I havent been since then. I have been trying to convince my wife to get PADI certified and I will recertify so I can get back down there.

OHH... dont you worry about pics. I didnt take my camera on that dive because I was with a group of friends and family... so I did not have any time just to focus on taking pics. But I plan on diving this weekend and taking my camera down. I am soooo glad I bought it!!! whoo hooo! I am soo excited~!

several years ago in Belize I was diving a reef at about 40 feet. wasnt paying attention like I should and before I knew it I was in 140' and you could see the area that was 40' deep due to theawsome vis . At 140 looking back to 40 I couldnt even tell it was lower because vis was way over 100'. I wll never make that mistake again. It sucks having to figure dive tables at that depth to adjust my bottom time

Very cool, my favorite dives at grand cayman are tarpon alley and eagle ray pass. I've been there twice and dive with a guy named Danny with Off the Wall Divers. Cayman rocks! Oh my deepest ther was about 135 ft.

Sweet!!! At 100' I'd be more concerned with living than taking a good shot. But that's cause I'm a noob diver. Can't wait.
