Hey guys. Thanks for all the leads. I found a nice sump tank.

Now I'm looking for a recirculating pump like the dolphin amp master or its equivalent. Could be use or new. Thanks again.

And dont post these got pm things. MJC and I were just talking about this. It just all of a sudden started happening. If they dont respond in 24 hours and only if they dont have email allowed should got PM be posted.

When you write that 20,000 people get an email that says something that 1 person cares about.

I agree with gatohoser. We should all try to keep the dribble down on this thread.

I'd like to see these guidelines posted by RustySnail on the BAR forum used here:

"Bay Area Reefers: Post Your Livestock FS/FT/WTB Items HERE!
In effort to reduce the traffic of FS/FT posts on the BAR forum I am starting this thread dedicated to livestock FS/FT/WTB. If you are looking for livestock and want to receive an email when something is posted here, click the "subscribe to this thread" link at the bottom of this page; you will get an email soon after someone posts the items listed FS. If you want to "unsubscribe" you can do that on your "MY RC" page.

Please only post items that are FS/FT/WTB; do not post responses to posts or questions about the item to this forum (please send a PM or email to the seller).

Sellers; please dont 'bump' this thread; hopefully this thread will be stickied to the top of the forum or remain on page 1. If your item has sold or you wish to update what has/has not sold or additional info that's OK, just realize that each post sends out notices to those that are subscribed to this thread.

Please post your location, price, condition, etc in your advertisement in compliance with RC Sale/Trade rules.

Selling/Trading Do's & Donts

RC Price Policy

RC Location Policy -- Just post where you are located in the greater Bay Area please!

... yes, "PM" stands for "private message," so let's keep it that way ... private. The recipient already gets an email notifying them that they received PM, the rest of us just don't care.

This thread breaks some of the rules of the RC For Sale forum, and the mods allow us to keep it so long as it doesn't get out of hand. The most important rules here are no auctions and please post prices.

Your average for sale thread has a few subscribers and dies off in a month. But because this is a perpetual thread it has hundreds or perhaps thousands of subscribers, then lots of banter can annoy everyone.

We have this discussion about rules once or twice a year, so no biggie.

I really appreciate this thread, and find it very useful for finding local items and selling things locally. Thank you RC.

I was mostly kidding but thats the drag about e-text...hard to tell.

I personally actually LIKE the "you got PM" messages because it lets me know that other people are ahead of me. I especially appreciate messages like ... "youve got PM about the skimmer" because it tells me not to bother bidding. In my experience about half my PMs to sellers go into some sort of black hole and I never hear from them again.

I also have found this forum very useful. I will review the rules again however since Im guessing that THIS post in fact breaks them.

I love it.. I'd keep it but don't plan on having a tank for another year or so, so would rather see it put to good use.. Saves me soo many timers and such plus I love having the heater automatic and the fan on my sump automatic as well=) My tank stays right at 77 I love it

Been about 5 pages or so so here it is.

29g glass tank. Drilled with 2 1" holes for closed loop and has installed external overflow. Custom made. asking $129.

Ocean currents 1/2" oscillators brand new. $60 for both. $35 each.

Homemade skimmer from ETSS main body. Needs some fine tuning to get it pumping right or maybe just needed to be replumbed. Worked just didnt stay stable the way i had it. Comes with Sedra 3500 pump with needlewheel and venturi. Asking $79. Can not ship.

40g glass sump. Built in skimmer/fuge compartment, filter compartment, and reservoir. Asking $59.

Greater San Francisco Bay Area Reef Forum

Good News.

We now have an informal regional forum where you can post Buy/Sell/Trade/WTB threads (or anything else) to your heart's content.

http://reefcentral.com/forums/forumd...hp?forumid=392

As always, follow the RC rules. Here are some tips. http://archive.reefcentral.com/forum...hreadid=719512

If you use this new forum, you can create individual posts for things you have to sell and you won't waste the time of people that have subscribed to this general thread.

Best of luck,

Roy
