Fragfarmers picsare always under heavy atinic so it looks alot bluer than mine, but my pic is under 10k XM's, but the growth pattern is very similar with coralites in a circular pattern. I really think its the oregon. Does anyone have a "real" pic of one from their tank??

I'd say it's not an oregon tort. Looks very similar to a cali tort, imo.

After seeing one in person its not a oregon. As some said before the oregon is a brighter blue, where mine is a chrisp dark blue, also the oregon seems to have thick and stout branches.

Im still not certain of exactly what it is, but with the thinner branches its starting to develop Im leaning toward a tort, even tho my cali tort even has thicker branches... But I like it
thnx

Here is a picture of mine. The blue of the Oregon is a bright blue like the frames on the RC web page.

It is a good possiblity of being a tortusa by the look of it. Which ever, what ever, regardless, its a nice piece and a good selection!!!

looks like a regular run of the mill blue tort. you can find regular dark blue torts that are not the cali, ORA, or oregon tort. they come in as wild and maricultured on a regular basis and people chop the colonies up and sell them as frags.

IMO...its only the oregon tort strain unless you get it from someone who tells you it is and gives you some sort of lineage.....otherwise anyone can call a dark blue tort the oregon tort to make some money.

my oregon tort GLOWS blue......almost radioactive like......
