400 watt PFO single ballast for sale

How old is it?? How much use??

It is a PFO standard ballast not an HQI.

It is a year old used 5 hours a day. It is in perfect condition. Clean and housed in well ventalated area. I am only selling because I upgraded to Dual 400w and bought a dual ballast instead of having 2 singles (it was a good deal).
