My 6 line did not eat anything remotely resembling a worm. My Harlequin Tusk does eat them. Bought a Orchid Dotty Back and no go as well. In my honest opinion, I believe Orchids and 6 lines only eat baby worms, like 1/100 on an inch.

My cleaner shrimp eats them. Also, a lot of the halichoeres wrasses will eat them too.

Well, I once had a Arrow crab that would pick off the rock and devour them on the regular. It was quite pleasant to watch. (Odd shaped crab eating bristleworms are amusing to watch). And I have read on Vivid Aquarium's fish list about the Banded Longfin Basslet eating problematic bristleworms...(probably a very good candidate for this situation).

Bristleworm's worst nightmare, they be; claws-of-death-from-above!

...tears 'em up like little bristle-snacker-roonies, yessiree-Bob!

FISH on the other hand, just 'aint got the TOOLS to get the job done, son.....neither on the grabbin' end, nor the chewin' end!

Leopard wrasse will eat what a six line does, but with less aggressive behaviour to other fish.

Plus... I think the are a better looking fish.

Best

I had a ton in a 55, I put in the following:

Blue Spot Puffer
Harliquin Tusk
Snowflake eel
Foxface

I have not seen a bristle worm in ages. I have no idea which of them is eating the worms, but one of them has been feasting.

Dont these worms come out only at night? My six line wrase probably wouldn't or any other fish I have would give them much attention during these hours.
