I ordered some worms from Worm Man and my CBB as well as the rest of the fish are getting fat on them. I rinse the worms every other day, throw in some Kent Phytoplex, which makes the worms swarm crazily, add a little Selcon, which they like as well, and then back in the fridge at about 45 degrees F. Every fish in the tank will go for worms over other food. The CBB also likes frozen clams on the half shell that I buy from my LFS. Bothe my CBB and my Longnose I keep in my quarantine tank had some of that cotteny skin fungus on the fins. It all cleared up after about two weeks of a worm and clam diet without any medication.

If you are keeping the worms in the fridge you don't have to feed them.
I keep them at room temp with a little airation and I add two drops of metheline Blue. It seems to keep them alive forever. I also feed them.

Yes, I know they say you don't have to feed them if kept in the fridge. I primarily do it because I figure they're passing on more nutrients to the fish by doing so.

FYI, it's not blood worms we're using. It's California Black Worms.
