I alternate between sliversides and krill. Right now I am on a krill pack.

i feed my carpet cyclopeeze, mysis shrimp lots of diffrent flake foods and his favorite daphnia freeze dried

Anything meaty I feed my fish I also feed to my anemones.

One silver a week, mysis when feeding fish 2-3 times a week.
