Toad Stool laid over?
A friend of mine gave me a very nice Toad Stool for my tank. Of coarse it was closed up due to the transporting, but in all it looked very nice. The stalk is about 3 inches long and when added it was standing tall.
Within 4 hours it actually started to open, I was impressed! Another 2 hours go by and the stalk is bent at a 90 degree angle laying on the sand! Anyone have any ideas what might be causing the trouble? How can I fix this issue? Any suggestions would be much appreciated! |

It's location get medium flow. I am not sure what you are asking when you say "how is it sitting on the rock"
Is there a way to "train" it back up? Will it eventually grow toward the light? It looks very healthy today, opened up very nicely. This droop makes it very difficult to place in the tank. Any thoughts would be appreciated! |

Your best option is to try to prop the piece against a rock in its upright position. Or you can cut the stalk at the bend and re attach the piece where ever you would like.
