Frogspawn loosing head...

What should I do? or is there anything to do?

Well, a bit more info would be helpful, what have you tested? By losing head do you mean the coral is dying, or is just one head dying, or all all heads dying? Is something eating it? Is it the only coral in the tank? are other corals suffering similar fates? what type of lighting do you have? how old is your tank? do you have a powerhead aimed right at it? this info would be good !

well when I bought it the lady fragged and was to ruff and didn't know it till I got home but it was tearing off but still inflating and everything. It has nothing to do with my take the other corals are doing awesome it's just that it got handled to ruff when it was fragged.

if the head pops off can it live? or will it just melt?

It'll get swept away, unhappily. if you could keep it in a glass with some rubble in, say, a fuge, where flow is less and lighting is available, who knows? I've never known one to 'take' and regrow, but there's a lot goes on in the ocean I don't know about. I'd try it.

FWIW it's not uncommon to have a head get damaged or die during transport.
Check out the one in my gallery.
I had to eventually remove that branch.
