Need to buy a return pump

I'm setting up a new tank and not sure what return pump to use. Let me tell you what I've got and you can tell me what you would recomend. The tank will be a 180 Deep Sea and it has two corner overflows. Each box is 12x6 with a 1" drain. How much GPH is each overflow rated? The pump will have aprox. 8 feet of head pressure. Any advice would help.
Thanks easygoer2

I would guess about 500-600 gph max flow through each overflow. I however, wouldn't want to run any more than about 600-700 gph total to the sump and back. I am a fan of a lot flow in tank good, but a lot through the sump...bad.

I use a Eheim 1262, perfect flow, dead silent, no temp increase.

Use the calcultor to find a suitable pump. 500 to 600 GPH back to the tank after head loss sounds about right to me.
