Need a glass tank experts advice ASAP
Hey Guys here is the new 126 gal Braceless Lee-Mar Aquarium. The tank measures 48x30x19 and has a star-fire front pane.
The only thing that is bothering me at this point is bubbles in the black silicone i posted some pics for reference. besides for being a cosmetic issue do you think this will do anything the the structural integrity of the tank????

shouldn't be an issue but those are some big bubbles. did you contact the builder? there will almost always be some bubbles after curing but thats pretty excessive

That's a really nice looking tank. The bubbles probably won't be very noticable once it's filled, but I would contact the manufacturer and send them the photos. That way the issue will be documented and if they think it's a problem they can send you a new one before you set it up. They usually appreciate it when people do that because it allows them to maintain QC and know if they need to change or improve a something in their manufacturing process.
