I want to buy light bulbs from them. Are they good? Do the have good stuff and service?

They always take care of their customers. I have been doing online business with them for two years and have had NO PROBLEMS.

There prices are about the same as the others but there order management is average at best. You can order online which they want most to do. I have a hard time getting through on the phone with questions and when I have the people taking orders seem preoccupied. I have have had things go wrong and things arrive that I didn't order. There are some great places to order that welcome phone calls and are trying hard to please us reefers.. I don't get that from PA IMO. I am sure some get great service but the several times I have ordered I wasn't impressed.

I would try DR F, Marine Depot, Reef Geek etc.

I've had nothing but excellent service from them. Once I had an impeller crack at 4PM. I called them up and they got one out that day for me (along with other items) - it was sitting on my doorstep by noon the next day. Also, I'm in IL and all their items arrive next day for me even though I pay for standard shipping.

Fantastic customer service. I have received probably 30 or more orders from them. I order online and it is always flawless. Highly recommended.

Same here. I have had nothing but great service and always get my stuff within 2 to 3 days. One of the best company's in my opinion!

Good I just ordered the light this morning. The light bulbs were on sale for 19.99 ea thats almost half off from 35.99 ec. Thanks again for the info.

Hands down the best service of any online vendor I have used. Dry goods or livestock. Can't go wrong with PA.

I think they are great, but their shipping costs on lamps is a bit high.

I purchase 99% of my dry goods from PA. I had only 1 minor issue and when I called, they shipped out the correct item that same day.

I don't understand the comment "<their> order management is average at best" I select an item, it goes into my shopping cart and then I check out.

Their Live Chat/Help works great. If my memory serves me correct, the longest I've ever had to wait is maybe a minute or two.

And for me ground shpping is here in two days.

They are one of the best online companies to deal with. The only time I have ever had any kind of trouble (if you can call it trouble) was a bottle of something I had ordered came open during shipping and emptied half out. I called them and no questions asked they shipped me out a fresh bottle at theor expense. Great service, I highly recommend P.A.

I have dealt with them going on 7 years now. Every time they have not failed to provide great customer service. If there is ever an issue with an order they resolve it quickly for me.

A recent example is when I ordered some food but forgot to order some bulbs. I tried to add the bulbs to the order but my order had already been shipped. They shipped the bulbs the next day with no shipping charges!

Great company!

PA is an awesome company and as far phone calls, Jay has called ME on several occasions. He returns my e-mails usually in 5 minutes.

I thought I had a ballast go out on my MH I bought from them and Current USA customer service was completley useless. He told me that he would handle it and get the part out the next day, and let them (Current) know I was not happy. I can't say enough about PA, they are awesome.
