Questions about a closed loop?

I want to build a closed loop that will flow about 1000GPH. What size bulkhead would I need and can anyone recommend a pump to match that amount of flow?

this will help you some. as for the pump you can check the rating on the pump and find out how much head you need ( the length from the top of the tank to the bottom where the location of your pump.
