Gaging Interest in a Tunze system

I am going to sell my Tunze system i purchased, after review of my closed loop I found it won't be needed...

It is (2) 6100 Tunze streams
7095 Controller w/ moonlight
and 2 magnets for the Tunze streams

I used it one day to test flow, other than that it is in original boxes...

I am looking up dealer cost and will sell the entire system about 100 dollars over whole sale price, which is a loss for me, but if it goes local it makes me feel better.

If not i will open the post up, or sell on ebay.

I think cost is like 670 (so 770 selling price), I paid 954.

Will also be selling off some other odds and ends...

Pinpoint pH Monitor
Icecap 660 Ballast and end caps(for 2 lights)
the homemade canopy over my 55 gallon reef (4 VHObulbs on an Icecap 660 ballast w/ 6 ft extender, and a dual 175W mh setup, w/fans all encased in the hood (ballasts are external)

I will update the list but please post if interested...gotta start raising funds for the new tank fund...lol

I would be interested in the ph Monitor. What price are you looking for? How old is it, and do you have any of the test solutions..

Will you consider just selling one of the 6100? I already have
a multicontroller and an extra magnet. If so, how much?

zhangg3- sorry, but I am going to keep the system intact unless I have a buyer for the rest of the system.

I can't rememebr how old the pH monitor is, i have to take it out of the box to look...I have to check if it was used or not, I thin it was new, but don't remember, i got it with a bunch of other stuff...I would like 60 for it. Poolrad has first dibs on it, then MMD, I will look to see what shape it is in, but it is still in it's original box, so that is a good sign.

Adam, someone PM'd me first about the icecap, but you are next inline, i am asking 120 for the endcaps and ballast, I will let you know if the other person does not want it...

Thanks

hey sorry to hear about your tank...what a bummer!

Its funny, we were just talking about your Tunze at the meeting. You know I can definitely use them, but not right now and spending 7 bills right now, especially since the wife wants to put a hot tub in, may not be obtainable. Let me think about it.

Thanks

Hmm, will have to pass on the pinpoint. Spent too much on my autotopoff system to get full automation. So MMD looks like you are up

Jason - I'm out on the icecap 660 (unless you would consider taking a an aqualine buschke electic solenoid (new, never used) against the cost of the 660)

sorry, Adam

hmmmmmmmmm....those 6100's would look good in the new tank. I was going to put in a pair of 6000's. 6100 for about the same price as 6000 is a great deal. If only I had the $$$ now.
