Frogspawn has bubble mouth?

My branching frogspawn has recently developed this huge bubble where its mouth used to be. First one branch, and now a second branch. What is it?

Mine do this for a while when the heads are about to divise . Sometimes the heads turn into 3 or even 4 if you are lucky enough but most times it will split into 2 . Dont worry though it means the coral is growing so you are doing ok
