pixburg-reefer, yay, another girl! I'm 15 too, and I completely understand your situation; I've had to pay for every penny, and coaching/babysitting doesn't pay nearly enough!

blueleg, that is a sweet tank! Def. a nominee for YTOTM (you tank of the month).

withoutabix2002, I want to be a marine biologist too! Strangely enough, I had chosen that profession before I got into this hobby...I guess it was meant to be . I am hoping to get a job @ m favorite LFS when I turn 16 and can squeeze a few hours into my crazy shedule.

Pics would be awesome Robert.

True, i'll drink to that. Its a shame, all of the girls here sound like interesting people (obviously we all share the same hobby) but alas I'm way too old for many of you. oh well.

I'm 17, kept freshwater since I was 12 and started my 120 reef 6 months ago. I work at an LFS and get a big discount, but I still get most of my corals online. Freshwater got way too boring and still is, so I started looking into saltwater and it is a lot better IMO. Still have mostly freshwater tanks but I will be getting rid of those soon and maybe make my 180 a reef tank.

I can't find any ware to work around here. And it's summer, I got a lot of time on my hands, well, what ever time I'm not working on my tank or playing summer sports. I also think that it would be good to have a teen totm. Great idea. Because we work so hard and have a love for the hobby as the older people do, but ours usually aren't so fancy because we can't afford it. But, you guys have some great lookin tanks. Keep up the great work!!! I'm tryin to post a pic, but you know blondes and equipment... don't usually go together... at least not for me.
lol,
Kelly
