Help with first coral

Four days ago I purchased my first coral, a toadstool. It was closed when I brought it home for the first three or four hours and then opened and looked healthy. The next day it was closed in the morning and opened fully once the light came on. The following day it did not open at all and today it did not open either. Could someone with experience please give me some advice on whether this is normal or not.

Thanks

danb,
That's normal for toadstools. Sometimes (usually not) they may take weeks or longer to adjust to new conditions and open up fully.

Just make sure it's getting good light & decent flow, and you should be fine.
