puffer can't eat...
Hi,
My reef tank has been up for almost 2 years now. all the softies are growing wild and my other fishes are also doing great. The issue is with my puffer. He is still very aggresive when I tease him with the bottle of food (runs back and forth). However, when I put homemade food or dried krills, it seems to be having a problem sucking the food in it's mouth. if he bites on the food, it'll spit it back out. if it manages to suck smaller pieces without hitting it's mouth, it will keep it down. i don't see any signs or infection or any signs of disease. my tank has been disease free for about a year now. does anyone know why my puffer has a problem eating? --Tony

What sort of puffer is it? Some have problems with their teeth and require dentistry. Unfortunately the link I have fo puffer dentistry is no longer active.
