I make a roast pork that takes 12 hours to cook (20 to 25 pounds) the real CUBAN STYLE FLAVOR , so maybe I'll bring empanadas and roast pork with arroz morro hhhmmmm, what else.

You got a a caja china sittin around some where Laz? Lots a pork over a long time reminds me of those. Haven't seen one in a while. I might have a flan de queso recipe laying around here somewhere. I will have to see if I can find it.

Are you serious about bringing all this food??????? If so - I'll
make sure and do some of the Spanish sides (Plantanos, Cuban bread). along with the usual snacks.

I think it should be having a Spanish feast this meeting as well as all the other topics that there discussing, If we're having this monthly meeting stuff, I guess I 'll try to enthuse people to come to these meeting's cause mike said we need people to come so I figure this should help as a reel the people technique , I try all kinds of technique's, experiments, ect, to get true answers,results,ect and most importantly to learn from from my mistakes. Its amazing you can be your own scientist. There's so much to learn and I truly love the Marine Biology . Its a whole different World.
