PC Bulb Suggestion

I need to replace the bulbs on my tank pretty soon. I need 24 inch bulbs. Any suggestion on where to find the least expensive and best bulb to buy? Also should I get 1 10000K bulb and 1 Antic or should I get 2 50/50 bulbs? Or a combination of 10000 and 50/50? I need two bulbs to fit my 29 gallon tank. Corals are zoas, green star polyps, kenya tree, and xenia. Thanks.

Double check, but I'm guessing you have 55/65 watt pc's. If that's the case, take a look at the TRU bulbs Hellolights has for $10 right now.

Also innovativelights.com I think they're 9.99. The truaqua brand is the ones I'm using. On the homepage there is a coupon code which takes it down to the 9.99 price.

They aren't the cheapest, but those SunPaq dual atinics (420/460 nm) are really good... IME

Do your corals fluoresce well under those SunPaqs?

I need to get some PC actinics, but I haven't come across PC actinics that make corals fluoresce like VHO/NO actinics or even T-5 actinics.

Current brand (SunPaq) are my favorite right now. I would go with 1-bulb 10,000K and the other bulb the dual actinic. This way you'll keep the ability to use a dawn/dusk effect; with 2- 50/50 bulbs you won't be able to do that.

id have to agree with the sunpaq dual actinic 420/460... i just replaced my actinic 03 65w with one of these and i think it looks way better... green star polyps look like a green highlighter under a blacklight. the clowns stripes even glow a bit.

Do a 50/50 mix of 10,000K and actinic.
