help i hve worms are they safe??

im pretty new but they look like bristle worms to me. i wouldnt be worried, their supposed to be pretty good as part of a clean up crew

Yup, those bristle worms, they are good scavengers. Start pulling them out(siphoning them) if you have any opver 6 or 8 inches long. Avoid touching them with your hands as they will sting you.

10" has proved no problem for me, with all sorts of corals and bottom-reseting fish. Use gloves when handling rock: their bristles get stuck in our fingers.

If you have worms you may want to go to the doctor and get rid of them. LOL. Sorry I couldn't resist.

I read on one of the thread that some larger ones are known to attack smaller fish while they are at rest.
