The best, Spectrapure easily wins that contest. Not to say the others aren't good though but none compares to the Spoectrapure MaxCap.
Look at all the RC sponsors and choose for yourself, you can't go wrong with any of them as long as you stick with the $150 and up reef quality systems. |

I dont know about the best but the cheapest is purewaterclub.com I have never had any problems with it in two years.
